Simplify Offers its users an advanced but easy to use website editor. Once in the editor, you’ll be able to do any changes and modifications that your website needs without any technical knowledge. Editing your website is now as easy as using word!
In the editor you’ll have a full editing experience from the most basic techniques to more advanced ones. You’ll be able to format text, change styles, insert images, insert tables and insert dynamic wApplications and much more.
Graphic Manager
Simplify’s Graphic manager will allow you to manage all the graphics of your website. Using the graphic manager your can easily upload and add images to your website while ensuring that they are placed in a structured way to preserve your websites file organization.
You can easily browse through all images in your website, pick an image, perform modifications to it such as crop, rotate, resize and more then preview it and add it to your page.
File Manager
The file manager is an easy to use feature that will allow you to manage all the files in your website. Through the file manager you will manage the structure & organization of your website.
You will have the ability to easily upload files into your website. You can upload your file into an existing folder or create a new folder.
In the file manger you can view you will be able to see your uploaded files in a table of files. You can also delete files you don't need by clicking on the Del link. Managing the files and organization of your website has never been easier!
Link Manager
The link manager will allow users to place links throughout the website with ease. You can create email links, hyperlinks and even place anchors. Through the link manager you will easily be able to browse your website and view all the files available then select the desired page you want to link to.
You will also be able to specify how you want this link to redirect the user. For example, you can set the link type to be a popup and you can set its height and width.
Collaboration & Access Control
Simplify offers its users a module that will allow you to invite coworkers to access your website project and edit it.
We provide you with three default groups to control what can/can’t be edited (Administrators, contributors and editors). However, we allow you to add more groups if needed.
Each of your website Access Groups can have specific page rights i.e. you can specify what group is allowed to edit a certain parts of your website and what group isn’t.
Template & Shared Content
The templates of your websites are pages that define each unique page layout available throughout your website. Using simplify you can manage each region (section) of your pages with ease. Pages in simplify may have up to 3 types of regions (sections) that you will differentiate in the editor by the colors:
- Regions marked in red are un-editable regions; a user doesn’t have the access rights to edit these regions.
- Regions marked in green are normal regions that can be edited. The changes made in these regions are specific to the page that was updated.
- Regions marked in yellow are shared Regions these are regions that are common to more than one page or more than one project. Changes in a shared region will propagate through all pages that have this region.
Affiliation Manager
Simplify offers a state of the art affiliation module. If you’re interested in making money, then the affiliation module will help you get there!
Through the affiliation module you can easily share content sections (or certain parts) of your website with other community websites.
Kyube provides a “join affiliation process” specific to its customers who have added this affiliation module. The pages created in affiliate projects can have your affiliate’s websites look & feel: Content from your website will be in pages designed in the same way as your affiliate’s pages. Just as other projects, affiliate projects can be edited and managed with ease using Simplify.
wApplication
The term wApplication is an abbreviation for widgetized web Application; wApplications are similar to any web application that you are planning to buy or build. By using wApplications you will be lead into the future generation of Web applications by taking advantage of web3.0.
